Percy Jackson Episode 6 Release Date And Surprising Plot Revelations

Another episode of Percy Jackson and the Olympians is finally out on Disney+ and like always, it was full of twists and cliffhangers. Despite all those uncertainties, I am happy to say that most of my predictions that I made for episode 5 became a reality and not it’s the time to talk about it’s next episode.

While we were expecting some major changes in this ongoing saga, Disney+ has surprised us with another awesome cameo (I was the one who predicted this cameo in my previous article), and now many are wondering about the faith of our Percy, Annabeth and Grover. So pack your magic as I am going to reveal everything about Percy Jackson Episode 6!

Percy Jackson Episode 6 Release Schedule!

The show is following the classic pattern of Disney+ by premiering one episode per week. With that in mind, expect it’s next episode to land on Tuesday, January 16 at 9:00 p.m. ET. Next thing which you should know is the title because it says a lot about the future perspectives of this saga. So the title of episode 6 is “We Bring a Zebra to Vegas”.

In fact, I do have a fun fact which I think you should know about this show. Percy Jackson and the Olympians was originally set to release weekly on Wednesdays at 3:00 a.m ET, however, Disney moved forward with a surprising change and moved it to Tuesday evenings. I don’t know why but it is possible that they do have some other projects to release on Wednesday evening.

Anyways, this show will have a total of eight episodes and the remaining schedule is looking something like this:

• Episode 6: January 16, 9:00 p.m. ET
• Episode 7: January 23, 9:00 p.m. ET
• Episode 8: January 30, 9:00 p.m. ET

I will make sure to update the titles of episode 7 and 8 as soon as Disney reveals them!

Percy Jackson Episode 6 Plot Revelations!

To be honest, episode 5 was a complete package in itself, and that’s why it is hard for anyone to predict anything about episode 6. Still thanks to my knowledge of these novels that I do have three ideas for episode 6! I will also pick up some very specific moments from episode 5 on which we are going to get our future episodes.

“Meet Your Dad!”

First and Foremost, Percy has been told to meet his dad which is a big modification in it’s plotline. If you’ve not seen it’s previous episodes then let me tell you that Percy Jackson episode 4 have shown us how Poseidon wants to help his son. Now in episode 5, Percy has revealed to Annabeth and Grover that a Nereid is asking him to go to the beach of Santa Monica.

So what’s next?

According to me, we are going to witness some of the biggest moments of this whole show. It is highly possible that Poseidon is finally going to meet Percy by the end of it’s next episode where he may learn more about his hidden abilities.

If you’ve read my previous article about this show then you might remember that I was expecting this same moment iin episode 5 as well, however, the show has delivered us many other things to talk about. Hence, they’ve moved this sequence for episode 6 and now I am very much sure that Poseidon is going to guide his beloved son in order to put the reward of success in his pockets.

The Lotus Casino In Percy Jackson Episode 6 Confirmed?

I’ve already mentioned the title of Episode 6 above: “We Bring a Zebra to Vegas”! Just in case if you don’t know then this title is a direct adaptation of the fan-favorite segment from the famous novel of Rick Riordan’s The Lightning Thief. This novel is known for uncovering some of the darkest truths about gods during the whole adventure of our beloved Percy.

Now I would say that our trio (Percy, Annabeth and Grover) will finally enter into the Casino sequence where they may get trapped. It’s very normal because as per the original Novel, this casino is designed in such a way that nobody wants to leave. Surprisingly, we might witness something unexpected and with unexpected I am referring to the waste of time that is definitely waiting for them.

It is because of the casino itself. I’ve read that segment and it says that our trio don’t even realize that time passes differently there. So you can expect some colorful sequences of casino while our trio may struggle to escape through it.

Percy Jackson Episode 6 Teaser Hints At Something?

Like always, Disney has also revealed a very short teaser by the end of episode 5 to tease the future possibilities, however, most of these hints are usually confusing many of those who’ve not read any of these novels.

Well, after watching the teaser, all I can extract is that Hermes is going to show a very different type of personality during Percy Jackson episode 6. That’s because during the teaser, Ares is asking our trio to find Hermes at the Lotus Hotel and Casino. It also gives Lin Manuel Miranda to appear for the second time during the ongoing segment. It clearly means that Percy and his gang will meet Hermes at the casino but in novel, he never makes his appearance in any of these sequences. Yes it’s true that his name is taken again and again in the novel itself, but it was used to build a hype.

So on that note, I am going to conclude my article. Percy Jackson Episode 6 will land next week and we are heading towards it’s finale with the speed of light. Of course we may get some new faces followed by some interesting action sequences, but it will ultimately setup a perfect base for Percy Jackson’s faith.
