Percy Jackson episode 3 was full of twists and surprises, with Medusa finally getting killed, Percy and his gang is out for their mission. Olympus is actually living at the top of Empire State building and this was one of those big revelation which shocked everyone.
Now that you can stream three episodes of Percy Jackson on Disney+, it’s the time to talk about it’s future episodes. What exactly is going to happen? What is the title of the episode and more importantly, will Percy and gang complete their mission?
Well, no need to worry about because I am going to reveal everything about Episode 4, along with my very own theory and prediction about those upcoming events. So let’s dive into the world of fantasy!
Percy Jackson Episode 4 Theories & Possibilities
When I was watching the third episodes, I was able to connect the dots from it’s original novel and previous installments that was based upon the same IP. Thanks to my love for such stories that now I can share my own theory in order to predict the possibilities for Percy Jackson Episode 4.
By the end of the third episode, we saw how Percy and his gang killed Medusa and beheaded her to pay the tribute to it’s original novel. The fourth episode is definitely going to pick up the story from the ending of third episode, where the parcel guy was about to deliver a big surprise to Olympus.
The big thing is that we now have an official teaser for it’s fourth episode, so we can use it as a reference while taking a look at my theory.
As per the teaser, it is confirmed that Percy Jackson episode 4 is going to deal with the events of St. Louis Arch. The title of fourth episode itself says: “I Plunge to My Death“, which creates a lot of curiosity among fans,
Now as per my theory, we might see a fight scene between our Percy and Chimera and if you are wondering why, then I would like to bring the reference of Rick Riordan’s The Lightning Thief. It was this version where a fight scene of these two characters was taking place, however, our Percy fails to kill this deadly monster.
But does it mean that Percy will die?
If you’ll ask me, then NO! Percy is the son of Poseidon, and I can remember a moment from the original book where Percy decides to jump off from the monument where the fight was taking place. To connect it from this Disney+ show, that monument can be the Empire State building.
Since he is the son of a God, he won’t die. Apart from this particular fight scene, I am pretty much sure that a mini, yet an interesting chase-off scene might take place between our Percy and Alecto because Hades want to catch Percy rather then killing him.
Additionally, more domestic scene with Percy and Annabeth having a heart-to-heart on an Amtrak train seems likely to appear in this episode because the studio has already given us a solid hint in their official teaser of episode 4. To go in more depth, my final prediction will go back to Olympus. It is possible that we might explore the “Empire State Building” based palace in detail, and if it happens, then we are definitely going to witness some new characters or villains along with their evil plans.
The only thing for which I am happy is the fact that Percy, Grover and Annabeth are finally agreed to work together, rather then focusing over the tag of ‘demigod’. It means that the fourth episode can finally show a series of actions to build their bond for the future.
