Oh My God! Smile 2 ending is surprisingly a brutal version which is far more disturbing than it’s first part, with a lot of gore type of sequences. No, I was definitely not expecting this level of madness yet, here we are!
Starring Aladdin star Naomi Scott as Skye Riley, the pop sensation is now going on her exclusive world tour to win the hearts of her fans — not knowing what level of insanity is chasing her to take away her happiness (or everything!). While the whole movie is way too engaging from the very beginning, it’s the ending moments which is blowing away my mind.

Smile 2 Ending Is Very Disturbing
The movie is starting at a perfect pacing while maintaining a very decent level of consistency, vibrant colors and of course — some beautiful locations. Overall, you can enjoy the beauty until we gets into the second half of the film. That’s where the most disturbing events are actually waiting for us.
After managing to survive after the attempts of the monster, we goes into the final acts where Riley can be spotted at a rehabilitation center. There, she engages into an argument with her mom and after fee cuts — her mom is seen stabbing herself brutally to death. Yes, she was badly possessed by the monster.
The scene cuts to Riley who is, surprisingly, covered in a lot of blood while holding the shard. Now a question that you might ask is — Did Skye killed her mom? Or are they trying to tell us anything else? It’s just a beginning, as Smile 2 ending has a lot to show you!
Let me tell you that literally every other sequence of final act is playing around hallucination and reality. So practically, it’s a bit too hard to say what’s really happening and what is in hallucination mode. Although, it feels like the Riley, covered in blood, is actually a hallucination — though, I can be wrong too!
Next we moves into another cut and this time, Skye Grabs a gun and escapes the scene while meeting her friend Gemma. Together, they steal a car and start driving towards the location of Morris. Yes, the same man who asked Skye to help him kill the curse once and for all.
The plan was to stop the heart of Riley for long enough that it will eventually end up killing her (almost), and so the monster. Anyways, this was the moment that blows my mind as Skye gets a call. Guess what? It was from Gemma. But hey! Gemma is actually driving the car, right? Then who is calling Riley?
Well, the real one is on the call. Yes guys, checkmate! Gemma reveals that the person who is driving the car is not her, but the monster. Somehow, Skye manages to survive the scene and ends up into warehouse. There, she meets Morris and as they were starting the process, Morris leaves for a moment to fetch something.
Now finally, Riley comes face to face with the monster itself. Though, say thanks to the drugs that she somehow survives while disguising the monster. Again, there comes another cut and we see Skye who is now going up on the stage for her first show at the world tour. Out of nowhere, we spots her mother in the crowd. WHAT?? But she was dead?
Of course yes! She was dead. But like I mentioned above that second half, aka, Smile 2 ending sequences are playing around between reality and hallucination, it’s unclear if her mom is really dead or was that the hallucination too.
Like you and me, Skye freezes there with a storm of confusions and then encounters the monster once again. This time, it’s disgusting jaw completely absorbs Skye and after another cut (yeah! We have so many cuts in final acts) we can hear the screaming noises of the audience alongside with many other violent voices.
At last, Skye’s body can be spotted on the floor and the microphone sticking out of her head (a Terrifier style killing!). Hence, I can confirm that monster got the full control over Riley and forced her to stab herself to death using the microphone.
The fact that makes this scene even more brutal is the location. Everything is happening right after the eyes of thousand of people in the crowd — eventually exposing them for the possession. So technically, during Smile 2 ending — monster has spreaded itself widely and it also opens the doors for a third installment as well.
Anyways, Smile 2 ending is something which is very horrific. I was clearly not expecting any gore thing but I was wrong. Overall, this movie is keeping it’s standards and acting is just phenomenal. For me, it’s a 8/10. What about you? Check out the trailer below:
