We do knows that The Bad Batch season 3 will officially conclude this three-years long journey, but the way this company is presenting us it’s ideas and events is truly phenomenal. I can barely spot any loop hole or mistake which shows their efforts and excellence. The current season will deliver us a total of 15 episodes (not 16, and I don’t know why), and we’ve officially crossed the half-leg of this ongoing ride.
Now that you’ve landed here, I know you are someone who wants to take a look at the events or I would say the explanation of this latest drop. Well, before continuing – you can leave this article if you don’t want to get spoiled. I mean, of course I will mention many huge spoilers here, so hey! SPOILERS WARNING AHEAD!! With that said, let’s take a quick recap on The Bad Batch Season 3 episode 9.
What Happens In The Bad Batch Season 3 Episode 9?
While I was expecting it to pick up where we left this story in eigth episode, the show starts wth a huge development in it’s storyline. Asajj Ventress (Oh my goodness, Finally!), that legendary assassin from the Clone Wars, crash-landed right in Clone Force 99’s lap. Talk about unexpected guests! She was after some answers about the Empire’s hunt for people with high “M-counts,” whatever those are. It seemed like she had her own reasons for digging into this, but hey, any intel against the Empire is good intel, right?
Things got interesting when they encountered a giant, creepy sea monster. Ventress, surprisingly, took a more merciful route than her usual “slice and dice” approach. Maybe she’s softening up a bit? Before we could really analyze that, though, Ventress peaced out, leaving a trail of unanswered questions and a sense that her story is far from over. Honestly, it felt like watching a legend disappearing back into the shadows, leaving us all hanging on the edge of our seats.
But wait, there’s more! Just when we thought the excitement was over, Clone Force 99 stumbled upon a hidden message – a secret that could change everything. Talk about a jaw-dropping twist! Suddenly, their fight against the Empire wasn’t just about survival anymore. This message had the potential to spark a rebellion, expose the Empire’s weak spots, and maybe even tip the power balance in the galaxy. The way they discovered it, through sheer guts and cleverness, showed that these clones weren’t messing around.
This episode was like a bomb going off – it threw a whole new mission at Clone Force 99, hinted at some surprising alliances and conflicts to come, and left us desperate to know what happens next. One thing’s for sure, the future of the Star Wars universe just got a whole lot more electrifying, and Asajj Ventress seems to be right in the thick of it.

Did the Clone Wars soften her up a bit? It left me wondering if she’s on some kind of redemption arc.
