Alright people, Obama is here to “unite” black men against Trump once again! Yes, the US elections 2024 are getting intense with every new day. We gets new teasing from Hollywood, while political leaders are already too busy in commenting on each other’s policies. Between all these chaotic discussions, former president Barack Obama is now uniting a certain group to help Kamala Harris in taking a lead over Donald Trump!
While speaking at a rally for Vice President Kamala Harris in Pittsburgh, the former president spoke directly to Black male voters in an effort to bolster flagging support. Believe me, his words are definitely making a shift in the overall percentage of voting without a second thought.
“Trump isn’t a close call,” Mr. Obama said while talking about the factors like unity and why men are not looking “ready” to vote properly in right direction for this year’s elections. It should be noted that Democratic strategists are highly believing that if anyone can lift Black voter turnout, it is Mr. Obama. In fact, Democratic strategist James Carville even says that Obama is also taking away the white voters away from Donald, and that’s what is making them go “nuts!”
Obama Believes On “Black Men Assemble!”
Continuing his speech, Obama is claiming to get some early reports which are suggesting that communities are still divided, and people are confused on the topic of “whom to vote!” In his words, “I’ve got a problem with that. You’re coming up with all kinds of reasons and excuses,” while hinting at the Black Men voters who can shift the entire chart of US elections 2024.
All of us knows about the impact of Donald Trump and the way he is effectively attracting the new voters to vote for him. However, it should be noted that some recent surveys are suggesting the reasons like “she is a woman” for not voting for Harris. To address this, Obama said, “Part of it makes me think that, well, you just aren’t feeling the idea of having a woman as president, and you’re coming up with other alternatives and other reasons for that.”
If we neglects the impact on the overall performance of candidates on black-dominating seats, Why exactly Mr. Obama is so worried about black men though? Well, President Biden got a massive support from this section and experts believes that this was a game changer for the overall narrative of the opposing parties as well. So even if we ignores the overall count, this part of voters is still needed for the purpose of mental lead and motivation.
“When we get in trouble and the system isn’t working for us, they’re the ones out there marching and protesting,” Obama continued.
According to The New York Times, Early voting has already begun in Pennsylvania, so these words of Obama are definitely going to play a key role — especially in the larger cities like Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.
